I am a dedicated family man who enjoys the pleasures and challenges of balancing a beautiful wife and two lovely kids with a passion to serve others as an entreprenuer. I have 20 years of leadership training, with the past 10 years of running a multi-million dollar construction organization. I earned my MBA and have spent the last few years using this knowledge to focus on efficiencies and team motivation.

I have a passion for work, but my true job starts with my wife and three boys. They are the source of all my fun, passion, and interests. I have been a self-starter building multiple successful businesses over the past 15 years. I enjoy coaching youth sports, and spending time outdoors with my family and friends.

Hi there! I was born and raised in the Springfield area and have always enjoyed working locally and helping the community. I had a fulfilling career before joining Clean Impact, and now have ventured into the second part of my life. By joining the Clean Impact family, it has given me the satisfaction of knowing we are making a difference locally and making an impact in our community. I have raised two children who have now blessed me with two grandchildren. I also cherish the love and support of my husband of 17 yrs.

I’m Mike, or you can call me Micheal. Born Sept 20th 1997, graduated 2016 from Southeast High School and also completed 1 year of Auto Tech at Lincoln Land Community College. I’m a very cool, stand up straight forward guy, I don’t let a lot of things get me out of character. I like good food, sports, mainly basketball, fashion, a little clubbing and having fun for the most part. Glad to serve the team and our customers!

I have quite a few years of knowledgeable experience & have learned even more tips & tricks along the way. I am passionate about spending time with my family, I enjoy long walks on the beach and spoiling my granddog Wrigley. I am always eager to help & take on new projects. I am proud to serve our community by helping to keep people safe and healthy.

I’m the “Go to Gal/HR” here at Clean Impact. I’m blessed with a husband and twin boys who keep us on the go with sports and activities. I love to read and I enjoy boating, camping, hanging out by the pool with friends and family, I’m from Ottawa, IL Inot far from Starved Rock) and have been in Springfield since 2010. Prior to Clean Impact I was lucky enough to be a stay at home mom then when the kids started kindergarten I was able to work at the school my kids attended. Once they started Junior High it was time for me to find a new fulfilling career and that is here with Clean Impact. Working for such a positive company that provides such amazing service to customers and their employees has been such an uplifting experience. Their core values here are so important at work and my life at home.

Samuel Hamra, MBA MIS, is a humble Navy Veteran, a proud father of three boys, and an Eagle Scout. As the Director of Sales for Clean Impact, he brings his strong leadership and commitment to excellence to every aspect of his role. With a passion for service both professionally and personally, Samuel is proud to offer premier cleaning services to the Central Illinois community. His experience in the military and his deep-rooted values as an Eagle Scout guide his approach to helping others and ensuring that Clean Impact delivers exceptional results to its clients.
